GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERINGAs an integral phase of any construction project, a geotechnical investigation must be conducted to evaluate the existing site conditions as they relate to the proposed design and construction requirements. Our geotechnical investigations typically consist of review of the civil plans and structural considerations after which a site investigation plan is developed and implemented to evaluate the subsurface soil and groundwater conditions under the direct supervision of our geotechnical engineer.
